Hello, we’re Take Parts Factory. We’re in Aichi, Japan, and we do NC lathe machining.

We take orders for one part or a production run. We work with stainless steel, aluminum, titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy and other materials. Our machining range is Ø10–460 mm, with lengths up to 2,000 mm. The equipment and tolerance details are on the site.

Our main strength is NC programming. We use CAD/CAM, but we also write code by hand. We develop the programs for each job, choosing how to machine the part and which tools to use with help from our own database.
