Thin-wall parts are one of the things we are asked about most. This one is a lid. What is it for? It is the lid of a test tube, made for the medical industry.

- Wall thickness: 0.4 mm everywhere
- Tolerance: ±0.03 mm
A part this thin is flimsy, so holding it in the chuck takes some know-how. At this accuracy it needs a jig, so we made the jig in our own shop as well.
